Default Where do you anchor your boat?

When on a boat in moving water, my tactic is to usually anchor downstream a little from where I think the trout are, and cast upstream above them, letting the fly move naturally with the current across where I think the fish are gathered. Do you do it differently?

We don't usually anchor the boat in moving water but prefer to stay in still waters where deep fishing is more rewarding.
