Default Resting the water

How many of you take the time to let the water settle down after you've fought and caught a fish? It's important to do this because a fighting fish will scare away other fish. Letting the waters calm down gives other fish the opportunity to return.

I do. Patience is necessary in fishing. Not only when you are waiting for the trout to take your fly, but also in the situation you are talking about. I usually spend the waiting time to admire my catch LOL.
