Casting Tourneys

Has anyone here ever had an experience in any casting tournaments. Casting tournaments has over the years grown to be a respectable sport. It is even being considered in the future as an Olympic sport. Right now the biggest tournament so far for casting is at the World Games.

Actually not yet but I'm really looking forward to enter such a competition. There aren't any tournaments here in our place. I do hope our local trout organization puts up one.

Oh yes my friend Dave is slated to enter that tourney this year. He always practice to the tilt to ensure he'll be on top of the leader board. Sometimes I even help him out with his practices.

Yes its true, it is an official event at the World Games. This world event is second to the Olympics as far as distinction and popularity is concern.

Well I also hope your local anglers get together to organize events that can lure a lot of competitors. Such events is one way to make friends exchange ideas and stories about their love of fishing.
