Default Do You Have Hip Or Chest Waders?

I debated a long time over which type I would get. The hip waders were in my price range but I wanted something that would last and I would use the most. So I got the chest waders. Now I'm prepared for deep water and secure that I won't go home wet.

I hate to get down into the water and I prefer to be on the shore or on a boat, so no waders for me. I am afraid I might slip and drown. LOL
