Default Hook size

What size hooks do you use when you are tying flies? The sizes I use will vary from an 8 to a 16 based upon the type of fly I am tying.

We usually are in the 10-14 range, though my dad was sort of a "go big or go home" type of guy and would regularly use 8's himself.

I use size 8 to 14 hooks and have a stock of them in my box. I usually tie some flies while waiting for the fish to bite.
