Default Kind of fish

Of course when we go out fishing in a particular area we have an inkling on the variety of fishes available there. Any particular fish that suits your to catch?

Mostly trouts and during season of salmon, during this time when they lay their eggs. I have no particular fish in mind, as long as its a big catch.
