Default Spinning setups

I was brought up on a simple spinning rig with a float, couple of lead weights and a hook with sweetcorn or juicy worms on it.

Since I can remember I've fished successfully with this method, only ever adding another hook or two to fish at varying depths.

Do you opt for this rig or do you use another setup?

Yes, I did start fishing trouts with spinning setup. Beginner anglers usually do fishing like this because its really easy. Sometimes when I'm not feeling lucky, I return to this kind of setup.

How many hooks do you usually place on your line? I opt for 3 hooks because in my opinion, if there are more hooks then the chances of a catch is higher.

I think most people who start fishing from a young age begin with this type of rig. It's the easiest one to set up and cast. Depending on where I fish, I still use this rig that I learned from my dad.
