Default Worst Fishing Day

The worst fishing day I had was having no catch at all and getting the hook tangled in every flotsam thereabouts. That was when I was in the kindergarten days of my fishing education.

I live by the old saying that my worst day fishing is still better than my best day at work. But one of the worst days was when I was sitting right next to my wife and she caught two trout about 1.5 kg and I caught nothing. The worst part was I set up her bait and had to remove the fish from her hooks.

It's funny how I can get up at 4 in the morning and go fishing, but try to drag me out of bed at 6 on a workday and it's a major struggle.

It wouldn't happen if you make a living being a fisherman. My worst day is some time three months ago when no trout stroke the lures and I ended up losing two lures on snags.

Too true. A hobby is easy to get up for. A job isn't. My sympathies on losing the lures. I hate it when I do that. It can get expensive after a while.

We had a fishing and picnic planned, my Aunt fell off the boat into the water (while we were in a mid run up the shore line), her mobile went in with her along with a basket that was wrapped around her foot (all of the food). Once we got things together again, we get up to the shore to find out that while her over board experience was going on, someone managed to forget all of the fishing poles in the truck (we were a good hour out at least).
